my husband just got a motorola w385 and he's been trying to send weather queries to google..but is not receiving a response...yet on my phone which is on the same network..is receiving them.
any one have any ideas what could be the problem?
i called a rep at my phone service who couldn't find any problems with my husbands phone..
any help would be appreciated.|||That service uses regular text messaging- is he able to send and receive other text messages?|||idk any solutions to ur prob, maybe you shouldn't be on while he's trying to do that|||make sure all the correct settings are on the phone and make sure he is doing everything right!!
