How do i use apps on itouch. where are they?

i kno tht u need wifi 4 things like google, weather and stuff. but i bougt, or got, this doodle thing and idk how to use it and where it is on my new ipod touch. help?|||it shud b on ur screen. if u didnt download any, thats probably y. go 2 ur home screen. on da bottom, ther shud b a row of icons like:music, settings, and home. then u hav a blank screen on top is 4 games and stuf like that. just download stuf from the apple website or itunes.|||it should be on the second page of your home screen, just flick it over to the right and it should be there
