Google search forwards me to some spam website (spyware)?

I've never had to ask for advice on spyware or a virus before, because my computer is quite secure and I'm not a noob. =P [/Prideful-disclaimer]

I've ran Trendmicro, McAfee, and even Spybot S%26amp;D and everything comes up clean. However, I must have some sort of bug on my computer because whenever I use google to search for something - anything, most of the links do not work. And by "do not work", what I mean is explained in the following example:

Google search: Weather CNN

-%26gt; Click on the link that goes to weather.cnn.com

-%26gt; Page begins to load, but then immediately gets forwarded to scour.com, quick-find-results.com, or one of many other "fake" search result pages.

What am I dealing with here and what's the best way to get rid of it, short of installing new antivirus/spy removal programs?

Thanks in advance.|||http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-re鈥?/a>
