Are weather forcasts accurate?

basically ive been noticing some weird weather going on, like if I were to google like the weather of my area in a city it would show as 92 degrees, but if I google the whole city its like 85, but the thing is sometimes both can be the same degree but the actual degree is off and stuff. i dont know, help my brain biches|||If you want the most accurate weather forecasts, you should go to weather.gov which is the National Weather Service website. Also the accuracy is dependent on the meteorologist and technology. Meteorologists work hard in college and know alot about weather. As the number of days ahead they attempt to forecast increases, their accuracy will decrease. Technology in the future will help meteorologists better predict the weather. The National Weather Service already has new super computers: http://www.noaanews.noaa.gov/stories2009/20090908_computer.html

The most accurate forecast would be the National Weather Service. Weather is always changing so it could be quite hard to predict the weather especially days in advanced.

You can read more about weather here: http://www.srh.weather.gov/jetstream/matrix.htm|||As accurate as they can possibly be.|||Depends, a forecast of clear is about 100% accurate and one of rain in 24 hours is about 50% accurate.|||Not in Florida they ain't,got proof layin in the yard in the form of large live oak trees !
