Is there a hidden government who govern the governments of the world?

One of the conspiracy theories... I don't know for sure but I have heard that there is a "great culling' on the way where this hidden government want to reduce the world population to a manageable 500 millions. They expect to use bad medicines, plastic water containers that leach chemicals, contaminated food products, crime, terrorism, etc. and the manipulation of weather patterns. Just search Google on manipulation of weather patterns.|||Sounds like a whole lot of bull patties to me. The governments that exist are so independent that it would never work. And it would be almost impossible to keep secret. So many of the people who would be needed to participate in a project of the awful magnitude that you describe would be horrified by it; inevitably it would leak.|||I have heard similar, and equally retarded claims. The Illuminati (the enlightened) are thought to hide in the shadows of world governments, but only when there is a Republican president in the U.S. I haven't heard much about them during the present Administration's quest for their own warped ideals to come to fruition. Conspiracy theorists tend to be of the liberal persuasion, but there are a few nut jobs on the right, so you must understand that the "shadow governmenters" disappear when their guy gets in office.





After the 2012 elections are over and their guy is deposed, you will start hearing about the puppet masters again, from the same dolts whom you either read or overheard talking about the Illuminati, or some such. Don't worry. It's all bullsheeyot, because I am 41 and have been hearing about this sheeyot since Regan was in office. Those idiots were even worse then!
