Why is weather forecast displaying "Not Connected" in Google Deskbar?

P.S.: My firewall is not blocking it and I have enabled weaher forecast option in Google Deskbar|||Your internet obviously isn't hooked up.|||may be due to an inactive or slow server! try again later or close some process that are heavy on your connection such as downloading!|||Cuz you're probably in outer space and you just don't know it. No weather up there.
