In the iTouch upgrade, for Google maps and Weather, do you need to be around a wireless router to access them?

Pretty much, since that's the only way they can connect on the iTouch and get fresh information.





Cached information stays around awhile, though, so you should be able to download a map, disconnect, and get to where you're going.
