Try these two website:
NCDC (www.ncdc.noaa.gov) In their free data section they have a Global Summary of the Day product that includes daily rainfall totals for lots of locations.
Weatherarc (http://weatherarc.com) They have hourly and daily weather data for lots of U.S. locations. It isn't free however.|||Hey Try Weather.com
